Can you? Sure. the problem is selling the stock - average volume is 57 shares which pretty much means there is a very very very small market for the stock.

There is no information, financials, news flow, data. share price history whatsoever on this stock so the stock quotes for one day are meaningless. It is pretty obvious a properly trading stock cannot go from $9k to $900k in a couple of hours. Unless you can find more information then I would not waste any more time trying to figure it out: it will not get you anywhere.

I am meaning for securities like GEAPO with price range from 9K to 100K in few hours. Can you make profit by trading small quantity out of those stocks unless the trading volume is met?
