You can. But they may not want it. You cannot hold companies to ransom over a domain in their name.

Can someone help me with this...(1) can I buy a domain name of an existing company Example : say ABC Bank is in existence but they don't have a website in their name. Can I buy www.abcbank.com domain and sell to ABC bank.
