Investing Question?

As I read it, the author is personally short AND recommends shorting by others.

It will be very tough to short as it will be very hard to borrow. No institutional ownership. The low price means most brokers will only allow it to be held in a cash account rather than margin account.

4 employees

Zero revenues

Big salaries

Big expenses

No analyst coverage

Huge amount of BBS chatter is typical of pump and dumps

The odds that a 4 person company created a miracle drug are very close to zero. I'd avoid it, and suspect that the zero target price proves accurate.

EDIT: one week later, stock is down over 60%.

Alright so I'm tracking this stock here called PVCT. PVCT has, according to independent studies developed a drug, PV-10, that has the ability to treat and in some cases eliminate melanoma tumors without affecting the healthy living tissue around it. Those independent studies are available from the Moffit Cancer Research Facility if you want to look at them for yourself. The basic idea here is that PVCT has created a drug that works and that idea was verified by a credible third party. So I'm tracking this stock here and today bad press has come out, via Seeking Alpha, that basically states the whole company is a sham and the price target on this stock is $0. Now underneath of the title of this Seeking Aplha article it is disclosed that the author is short PVCT. This press really hurt the company today, another thing you can look at for yourself if you want. My question here is does that disclosure mean that the author is short PVCT or that it is his opinion that the reader should be short on PVCT. Like I said this article hurt the company today so if the author was short PVCT the release of this would have made sense. Thank you for your time.
