What you want to "know" is about "trading." But you didn't even include the term. Learn about trading and proper trading strategy, and you must accommodate many techniques. What works best for you within a specific risk and time frame, may not work best for me. You must do something to test your plan on a simulator, then work from the probabilities. At best, you'll still be wrong about half of the time. So money management "technique" is a major part of the plan.
But this isn't a teaching site; no can do in this little box.
What is it you don't understand? What's your question? One at a time. But keep in mind, you cannot possibly "know" anything about future price, no matter what "technique."
