How sure is pretty sure?

Kids are picky picky eaters.

Kids tend to prefer sweets more than icky-foods that might or might not be fresh.

You're gonna have to move to the moon if someone gets even slightly ill from eating your sushi.

Are you able to purchase sushi grade salmon where you are?

When you make sushi, you have to use what is "sushi grade" fish. You don't usually sell sushi grade fish in a regular grocery store.

If you can find the sushi grade salmon, how are you going to keep it cold enough all day? That would be the same problem with the California roll. It's made with a mayonnaise which will spoil if not kept cool.

You don't want to risk people getting sick and it's probably against the rules at your school to sell random things. You should probably do something else to make money.

Food handling safety requirements for Sushi are pretty strict, sides the health department requirements, I would not but it from a street vendor or a kid. Reselling some sort of factory packaged snack food would much less complicated.

I attend a high school in a rural area part of town where there are no restaurants nearby and I'm pretty sure the kids here are in huge demand for sushi. Nobody here makes it themselves yet and I'm thinking of starting to make the sushi myself and sell it.

I'm going to need a lot of equipment, a rice cooker, paddle, wooden bowl, spreader, bamboo mat, plastic wrap, sushi knife, disposable sushi plates and ingredients. I easily see this costing over $100. Assuming I charge around $5 for a California roll and $7 for a salmon, and there's around 80 kids in this school who all LOVE sushi, do you think it is a worthy investment?
