Unilever consists of two seperate legal identities. That is Unilver NV and Unilever PLC. The first is a Dutch entity and the second a UK entity. Although they are seperate companies they share the same board and dividends. For all purposes they could be considered the same company. Unilver PLC is UL and Unilever NV is NV.

They are listed in NYSE but I assume bothe ADR. The main exchange for Unilever PLC is London.
