Any franchise you would need experience in that type of business. If you have none then you will loose your money. You will have no idea what you are doing.

Well, according to me you should invest in property, real estate. It ll help you to get a good and ideal property for your family and also your money will be useful for you but before that you should go for s good real-estate agent which ll give you all the information about investment strategy so that you can feel free to invest. The company should be trustworthy.

Investing in property can earn good returns as prices are rising day by day ,but in investment matters if you take an professional advice of a financial planner then it would be much better.
Ok so here it goes:
In the long term, i will own both as part of my plan but my question was that would it be better if i invested in a gym/food franchise (Well known) as i have 100k which can be used for real estate or for that particular franchise.
So what are your thoughts? (I'm in the UK)
