Well they may be legitimate but then are probably no good, because if they were successful they would trade for their own account.

I would not trust anyone to trade my money. If you wish someone to manage your money, you have a better chance with stocks and mutual fund. It is not advisable to have someone to trade Forex for you. First you have to pay for their services, whether you are loosing money or you are making money.
Why not try to learn Forex on your own, by opening a demo account. I am making money in Forex, but I still have a full time job, because if Forex is my only source of income then I may make a bad decision.
