A minor can not enter into a contract - when you are employeed by a Forex broker you need to enter into a contract with the firm
Federal law prohibits minors from being registered with any broker/dealer
Before you start trading any product it would be in your best interest to understand and be aware of what you're doing. why you're doing it, how to do it AND the rules that govern what you're doing. You apparently know none of these.
Lol, forex is a huge marketing scam. A few bots and makers make money and all the traders spin in circles. Think you can read and digest the information from fed reserve minutes faster than a computer? Think again.
No.
If you are under 18, you cannot be held legally responsible for losses, so the Forex Exchanges cannot SUE you for losses, so they cannot make a living.....
No there is no one... the age limit is 18 by law.
There is no discrimination.
Opening a brokerage account requires signing a contract. The minimum US age to legally sign a contract is 18.
In this case, your government is protecting you. Retail forex has more frauds than any part of investing. You would be a guppy among sharks.
I am looking into trading Forex. However, all of the brokers I have found either discriminate against all persons under age 18 and do not allow them to use the service, or do not allow people living in the United States to sign up.
What Forex brokers, if any, allow minors to sign-up (either regardless of age or any above age 13) AND allow people in the United States to sign-up?
