usually it's someone from Japan or other asian country that wins and they're thin in stature and can somehow really stock that food away. I would think that if they starved themself before the contest their stomach would be shunk so much that they couldn't eat a lot so there is definitely a trick to it, and maybe it even has to do with the genes that they win. Overeating can ruin your body though so you'd have to be careful but if you want to try it sometime you could. I know overdrinking whether it be water or beer or whatever could kill you. I don't know about overeating though except you could knock your metabolism out of wack and become huge in stature and width.
It's funny because I've heard that if the competition is about say weiners, then you win a year's worth of weiners....lol
I was thinking of doing this for a hobbie, not a living, probably something to do mabey once a year when I'm out of the house.
