How to find a company's % of inside Shares?

Google has dual-class stock program that gives key investors, managers, and owners more ability to control the company's strategy. The stock program offers Class A shares to the general public while Class B shares are available only to certain individuals within the company.

The article below indicates the founders will cede majority control by 2014. However, it is possible that the 0% number reported in Yahoo Finance is the amount of Class A shares owned by insiders. As of January 2010, founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin owned 59% of the voting power of Google's stock. The annual report (10-K) is the best place to find specifics.

I suggest using VPNPower to be able to unblock internet sites. I've been using them since 4 years. http://www.vpnpower.net

Here's an article that will tell you how to get the information:

I am doing some research and I am trying to find the % of inside shares on a company (lets use Google as an example).

I read a book that was dated in 2007, that states the % of inside shares is around 22% for Google, however, when I look on yahoo finance and Google's major holders it shows:

% of Shares Held by All Insider and 5% Owners: 0%

Am I not looking at this right, or is Google hiding their ownership.

Sorry if this does not make sense. Still learning, but all I really want to know is the percentage of stocks owned by the insiders of the company.
