Stick to blue chip companies. Buy in, set a price target to sell at via a GTC order, and hold your position long-term.
You might net a few hundred after a few months. (Though, some good news may occur, and you'll realize the gain sooner.)
Unless you have a million bucks short term returns are not going to be much and any promise that they will is a scam. Put it into an S&P 500 mutual fund, there are many reputable funds out there. I don't know if 750 is enough to start one though.
You should not directly invest in stock market if you are new instead go for the mutual funds and it would better option for you
You can't have everything. It is best to establish exactly what your requirements are.
Such as Short term/ high risk/ high reward.
Or, Long Term.Low risk, Low reward.
Or somewhere in the middle.
So I have been wanting to invest some money in the stock market and just am unsure as to what to invest in. I'm looking mainly for quick returns but also some long term companies
I have about $750 to invest and want to invest in at least 3 companies if possible
Any suggestions are much appreciated
