If you're unemployed and broke (your words), you're in no position to start investing in real estate. You need to come up with more realistic career goals.

Hi I'm I want to start a career investing any kind but particularly in realstate mostly in tax lien and deeds. Actually I want purchased my first home on a lien to be honest it cheaper and sometimes you may have to pay the mortgage on the house at all just taxes. Anyway however i was researching into for while now and even went to a seminar but i didn't know what to do from there.... so I'm at a lost, I'm unemployed, broke, and I'm force to move to a new home I don't like but my dad is tried and wants to retire now. WHAT DO I DO NOW!!! I feel investment is the best opinion I mean hve little experience in it and jobs in general ( was mostly in school and couldn't finish due to financial problems, and grades it was bad semester ok.) But nevertheless I'm still trying to find way to make it(not just makein it) so if you can do any of you know investment firms in NYC that is willing train beginners like myself I would love to know. AND NOT ONLINE firms I do that once I get into investing more, but until then want to be in a actually place learning all this.

If you are a former investor please tell your experience and simple

Steps to start also if you know any firm hiring interns with little or no experience I'm more than available.

Thank you please be honest I don't mind.
