If given a fixed Annual ROI of 9.25% for ten years, would you still bother diversifying? Is that a good agreement?

It's an investment contract where you're in for 10 years and you get a guaranteed annual fix of 9.25%. Is that a great return? Would you put all your eggs in that basket?

9.25% isn't bad at all. It's higher than most other banks and institutions. However, you need to consider that a fixed 10-year contract is very speculatory, and unless the contract states that, in the case of possible insolvency (depends on the company's reputation, but it's possible), the company must return your investment, you should consider the risk.

A guarantee is only as good as the institution backing it up.

It is VERY suspicious, since forecasting ten years down the road is all but impossible....so it would certainly be VERY foolhardy to "put all your eggs" in that one basket...

I get much greater returns buying cheap, stable penny stocks between .20 and 6 bucks. I make a ten percent return in just a few weeks
