Options have a time value. So, let's say the stock has not moved in price at all, but some time has elapsed. The value of the option may decline just because time has passed.

I held 5 AAPL call options contracts and upon the 7 to 1 split I modified the holding to 35, changed the symbol accordingly and adjusted the price per share. Now the Market Value shows only 10% of the actual value. What is the solution?
