Like anything you have to learn the rules. Options are geared products and therefore in some circumstances highly speculative.UK brokers will ask you to sin a derivative risk warning before trading. There are plenty of books, I suggest Trading in Options by Geoffrey Chamberlain (UK)
For amateurs it is gambling. In the short run you can get lucky. In the long run you will probably lose it all.

Buy a book. Don't sign up for any online "system" or "program". They are only good at taking your money.
