I'm not sure if you mean virtual analysis or real time.
But I used http://www.boilerroomtrader.com & http://www.smartstocks.com/ to evaluate my performance on stock market as the stocks I am not sure about.. I don't invest in real stock market. I only invest in real stock market where I'm comfortable.
So the stocks I'm not comfortable.. I try to use this online stock trading simulator.. to see how I performed on sticks where i was not comfortable. This helps me build confidence.

If you are looking for good source of analysis tools then for fundamental analysis you may use Yahoo Finance. You may also use http://www.morningstar.com/ and other big guys.
If you are looking for a tool for technical analysis then I may recommend http://www.marketvolume.com/charts/
