Class C is non-voting.

Hi there,

You should try with Penny Stocks Trading (you can find more info here: http://pennystocks.toptips.org)

Penny stocks, also known as cent stocks in some countries, are common shares of small public companies that trade at low prices per share.

I've been subscribing to this PennyStock web site for about a year now and have loved the objective advice they give. He really does look for quality stocks and I've made some pretty nice profits on a lot of his suggestions. Being still fairly new to investing I have been dabbling a lot in penny stocks to try and grow my account. I may not have a big account, but it's a lot bigger than it was a year ago. On just one of Nathan's picks this year I managed to make my investment back ten-fold! Be careful! Penny stocks are notoriously risky but if you follow the right method the risk is almost 0. I suggest to invest only little money first and then reinvest the profits. This is the site I'm using: http://pennystocks.toptips.org

Best

You can make good money like me with this binary option signal software ( http://forexsignal.kyma.info ) Binary options trading has always been popular, however, this investment fad globally exploded around 2008. Originally known as digital options, binary or the name "two values" was added to give a simpler explanation for trading options. Binary is defined as two values or up and down movements. Binaries rely on underlying assets or derivatives. You can trade in commodities, the forex (foreign exchange market), commodities as well as stock indices.

I went on a site on this topic but can't remember the name, If I'll remember I will let you know.

The only difference is voting rights. GOOGL has voting rights (which are useless anyway because the management of Google holds A shares which give them complete control over the company with over 51% of voting shares) and GOOG has no voting rights. I sold Google when they did this because I think it's bullsh*t. I won't own a company where shareholders don't have a say in the operation. Another example of the arrogance of the people who own tech companies.

(GOOGL) $553.76 at 281.67 Million Shares

(GOOG) $544.66 at 337.25 Million Shares

Can Class A shares (GOOGL) and Class C shares (GOOG) be combined to one share in the near future. Also what is the point of this. Why can't Google be like Apple and Microsoft and have one stock ticker?
