Quarters (3 month intervals) vary according to the companies fiscal year, which is an arbitrary date they set when they incorporate. A companies fiscal year could begin April 1 for example thus their first quarter would end in June.

You can look them up in Yahoo Finance and find dividends per share paid and dates under "historical prices."

Also, you will find the last dividend on the main summary page for each stock

It depends on a company's fiscal year. If it follows a calendar year then its first quarter is starts from January 1st and ends on March 31st.
