Surly you jest - if you have to ask, How to trade" you shouldn't be doing it. There's not enough space here to go into details. Just find yourself a good commodities broker who has some time to kill, maybe they can take the time for you but I doubt it
If you don't have the time to do it, how do you expect anyone to teach you.
The spot market trades similar to the futures but if you don't know how to trade you'd be a fool to try - you'll get it handed to you on your first trade. Do you determine that your brokerage firm can and will take trades in the spot market and more importatnly can they clear such trades. Can you give your assurance that you have the funds available to trade in this market and more importantly can you or do you have a firm that will clear such trasnsactions for you
