Know about the Provisional Application for Patent that you can get immediately for only $65 (micro entity status) from the USPTO? That's what Apple does for nearly every patent they file!

At issue is you will want to learn the process so you can determine HOW you want to go about protecting your invention. The GREAT news is the USPTO will allow you to get your Patent Pending by filing a Provisional Application for Patent for a measly $65. The course shows you EXACTLY how to do that.

If you license an idea / patent to a company, I know there are contract and I guess patent attorneys, but is there a *better* type of attorney (or specialist) who negotiates just license deals? thanks
