AMR CORPORATION completed their merger with U.S.
AIRWAYS GROUP, INC. on December 9, 2013. For each old share of AMR (stock symbol: AAMRQ) the shareholder received 0.065 shares of the new AAL. I don't know of any conversion date of March 9, 2014.
