There is no website that shows all the information you desire. The first thing I would do is to contact the Finance Dept. of the City of Atlanta and ask for a list of their outstanding bonds with their terms.

I'm doing a paper about the city of Atlanta bonds and I'm having trouble finding websites to research information such as cash flows and legal obligations, market risk, returns and what percentage of the market it comprises. If anyone could suggest some sites, that would be great.
