Dear Jon,
I just visited to the website which you have mentioned. My opinion is it's not quite good. If you are a new trader I recommend you to visit to the Babaypips website and follow their forex school study materials. (http://www.babypips.com/school).
If you are a experienced trader I recommend you the DialyFX (http://www.dailyfx.com/) website. There are tons of articles, study materials & technical analysis on this website. However, this website is even ideal for the beginners. But the study materials on the babypips website are easy to understand. I don't recommend the technical analysis on the babypips website. It's ideal for rather education purposes. Technical analysis on the DailyFx are excellent and reliable because they are publish by senior currency analysers.
Wish you all the best!
A new poster asks about forex sites - and supplies one. Another new poster provides a helpful site.
