Depending on how much money you have to invest, interactive brokers is a decent way to go if you have some money.
If you're low on funds but you want to get started, I'd use a discount broker, see if they allow US securities trading.
If you don't want stocks you can trade commodity futures or fx anywhere in the world, (lots of risk here if you're new) just get a local broker from your country.
