I have $1.04 cents on my account and I'm trying to buy an app that is 99 cents and it won't let me. It comes up with insufficient funds. I don't have a credit card entered, but I don't think that's the problem. Every time I try to purchase the app the same ting comes up. Anything I can do to get the app or is there a way to fix it?
