Is Cimatron (CIMT) a buy?

I have done a lot of research on the company and I have my own opinion. However, I am very interested in the community's opinion. Thank you so much.

so what is your opinion of this heavily manipulated stock with a last reported cash on hand of about $25,000 and a net loss of about $550,000 BEFORE subtracting income tax. The auditor notes in his covering notes that there is significant doubt of the company's viability due to high operating losses and the death of a major share holder

EDIT: My profuse apologies...my fat fingers reversed 2 letters

I will give you a better answer this time.

Fundamentally I see nothing wrong with the stock...low debt and steady operating revenue and they are profitable.

This is not a great chart...the fall has been stopped at least for a rest...right now the support is at $8.40 and the resistance is at $9.70 and it will be tough until it passes $10.30. Right now it is rising but it cannot be told whether it will pass that resistance range.

this shows a stock in consolidation right now....it will be weeks until a major move comes. The 50daySMA is a support but when it takes off (if it is a positive breakout...the Slow sto will have a positive slope followed by the MACD before the BBwidth takes off....that is not happening so I see it moving sideways for 7-10 days at least.

this chart is very neutral right now...cards are close to the chest.

this chart is not neutral it is mildly bearish...the Ichimoku is headed into a cloud (not good) and On bal Vol and CCI are bearish.

Conclusion

this company's price will move sideways...the little indication that does exist tends to the bearish side. To me it would be only a watch to see if it passed $10.30....then it would be a buy.

Sorry for the bad previous post....hope this helps your decision (I deleted some crap from my previous post to give me some room here in the edit.

Yes with an 8% upside.
