KYC for investing in MutualFunds?

I want to start a SIP. but I'm not a KYC compliant...how to get registered to KYC??

When you apply for investment through a broker (such as Integrated Finance or Motilal Oswal) they will do everything for you. Write to them online or by post. You have to have address proof, identity proof and a bank account to be linked for periodical debiting the agreed instalment amount. Fund selection of course will be yours.

KYC is Know Your Client. Choose the mutual fund where you want to invest money. These days banks also provide this facility to make KYC. So you can easily apply for KYC to bank that you are already using. Visit the mutual fund office or bank to invest money in mutual fund.

What are you on about? KYC is Know Your Client, a questionnaire that the adviser completes so he/she knows the investment requirements/financial standing etc. of the client, so that he can recommend suitable investments.
