Ever heard of the 90/10 rule? 90% of the money is made by 10% of the (fill in the blank). I think stockbrokers may fill in that blank nicely.

With the advent of the internet, discount brokers and most people's inclination to buy things as cheaply as possible, I think stockbrokers are near the top of the list of easily replaceable professions.

With that said, there is always a place for a top notch stock advisor. Mediocre brokers will struggle to pay their bills.

Look long and hard. Talk to people that are doing it now. Talk to obviously successful brokers. Talk to obviously struggling brokers. When you have a pizza delivered, ask your driver what he liked best about selling stock.

Stock broker is work like mediator in trading process between buyer and seller.who gives great advise to their client about trading process regularly.

Well there are several aspects to stockbroking: Research, settlement, Fund management, Retail client trading, Analysts, Institutional sales (buy and sell-side), accounts and maybe more.
