Same websites where you would find out how to stock invest. It's just a different platform and set of instructions, that's all (though, it is often bundled together with stocks). Try Investopedia; they have an options tutorial that boils down everything you need to know about options.
I prefer books; read the Bible of Stock options for more advanced strategies after watching beginning youtube videos. For websites, try theoptionsguide.com or investopedia.com.

You can short the stock while covering both ends of it.
