It depends upon a couple of factors
* amount of coin minted that year
* condition of coin
* price of copper
It depends on the condition. The 1919 D would be worth significantly more than the 1942, assuming it's in good condition. Some old pennies can be worth hundreds of dollars depending on date, mint mark, and condition.
I have two wheat back pennies . One is a 1919 D wheat back and the other is 1942 wheat back . Does anyone know how much these are worth ?
