I dont know how to correctly plot my tdameritrade account performace.
For example:
If I started with a $10.000 account. with that make 20% in 1 month, so by the end of the month myu account value is $12.000. If i dont close my position and the next day I deposit 10.000 more in my acount and buy more of the same stock and when market closes it has gone up by 2%
I would have made:
12.000*1.02=12240
&
10.000*1.02=10200
TOTAL=22440 (lets not take into consideration commisions)
How can i plot the fund or even calculate % of gains? because 22440/10000-1=124.4% of gains but this is obviously wrong.
