Also invest in a Roth IRA with some mutual fund company.
You can lose money investing in the stock market if there
is a correction or a crash, but over the long term, the stock
market is the way to go and can give you an 8% return on

Hello
I don't know much about stock investing but recently I've been interested investing in stocks for retirement; I am university. So I was wondering what to invest in to diversify and maximize returns and how would I go about doing that. Also how much would I need to invest for retirement money to be $600,000 at the end of my retirement, hypothetically speaking. How would I be looking after these stocks to make sure I dont lose my money. And what you do if you were in my position. Please serious only.
Thanks in Advance
that is good
