I'm currently in a broker that charges $7.95 for stock trades which include stocks in OTCMKTS.

I'm looking for a cheaper stock brokerage, I found one that charges like $5. But it also says: "OTCBB trades cost a flat $10 per order"

So I'm wondering is OTCMKTS the same as OTCBB? Does this mean the cheaper broker will charge $10 that the other broker charge $7.95 for?
