Seriously DONT put your house on that, everybody who offers you an interest which is above 8% is a liar!!
This sounds SUSPICIOUS
I would turn you down, investors would turn you down and banks would probably say no.
My advice is DO NOT put your home into this whatever it is. When something is described as kinda risk free alarm bells start sounding.
Most people will be suspicious of that phrase ALONE and avoid such a risk.
I have a kinda risk free opportunity, that pays me a monthly "interest" of 1050 USD but I have to invest 150.000 USD first. The total amount would be paid back within 10 month, monthly rate of 15.000 USD plus interests. I can offer my house (worth 350.000 USD as collateral). Do you have suggestion which bank / investor I could ask to give me the need funds to invest?
