Small cap investing?

What you've said about small caps, as well as value stocks outperforming is true. However over the shorter term, it may not be. I agree with the previous poster, it's best to have a diversified portfolio.

I used VEIPX - Vanguard's Equity Income (large caps)

STSCX - Stratton Small Cap Value

These are not a recommendation, these are just what I use. Get on the internet and find a couple that are right for you. There are many excellent funds out there. Vanguard, Fidelity, TR Price, as well as others have them.

I like to jump in and out of these small cap stocks for some short gain, low float and shares outstanding. I also like mid-cap stocks as well. Theres really only few I would hold for long term, I do have one mid cap stock I've held for a while and no plans to sell

Depends what small caps you buy. There are some small cap stocks that go bust. You need to find small cap stocks that you believe are undervalued and have low levels of debts. Buy stocks that you believe will be household names in years to come. Maybe look at the health and IT sector?

I'm earning good money with this binary option signal sofrware ( http://forexsignal.kyma.info ) What I'm going to show you now might irritate old-fashioned traders who can't accept that a piece of software can outperform what they have learned through many years of trial and error

diversified portfolio (small cap, mid cap, large cap and diversified industries/groups) do better than just one group over 20 years.

there are many studies on this

Small cap stocks

I have read that small cap stocks had historically outperformed large cap by several % points annually. I have also seen charts that show value stocks have signicifantly outperformed growth stocks. Is this accurate? What do you recommend for long-term (20-30 year) investments?

Also is stock investing superior to real estate rental investments?
