You need a 1st or 2.1 from a top Uni in the UK in Maths, Finance, Economics. You apply for a job and there is a 38 page online application. You go for an interview. If you get through . you go through a half day exam on finance. if you get through you go for another interview. If very lucky you get the job training. You could still be fired if you don't make the grade.
