The best way to learn is from a good book or three like Stock Investing for Dummies and The Millionaire Next Door, available at your local library for free.
The guru on options is Larry McMillan. His latest book is Options As A Strategic Investment: 5th Edition, but it's expensive. Get what you can find at the library through the interlibrary loan system. Any book by him will be useful.
Go to your local library and see what books they have there.
Try watching Options Action on CNBC Friday evenings. You can get started by learning terms and what the traders on the show are looking for.
Everyone has their own ideas of what works and what doesn't. Such as chart patterns v. company fundamentals. Both can be good indicators, but not 100%, so you need to figure out what you are comfortable working with.

Ive invested in the stock market before, but I only know how to buy a simple stock and sell one. I made a little bit of money. Nothing great, I would like to "get better" TO understand how to read the market, Puts and calls, All that good stuff.
Can be free websites, Or a great book or something. Ive tried doing google searches but there is just so many with so much different stuff.
