"Stock trading below it's liquidation value"?

Buy some then if you believe that the liquidation value is not inflated.

Ok, SO i know what it means..I guess. Company A would have XY Dollars available if they liquidated today. Right? How do I then find out how the stock trades ? If the market cap is 10 mil. and the stock trades at 1 Dollar = 10 mil. Liquidation value is 15 mil. Therefore it trades below it's liquidation value?
