I had used ActiveTick for a short period of time. Was about $15/month and alright service. You are able to export data to Excel, all the way down to the minute.
Only problem is you have to individually enter each ticker in the program - there wasn't any bulk download feature.
I've been subscribing to PennyStock Egghead for about a year now and have loved the objective advice Nathan gives. http://penny-stock.keysolve.net
He really does look for quality stocks and I've made some pretty nice profits on a lot of his suggestions.
Being still fairly new to investing I have been dabbling a lot in penny stocks to try and grow my account.
I may not have a big account, but it's a lot bigger than it was a year ago.
On just one of Nathan's picks this year I managed to make my investment back ten-fold!

I'm not aware of any free source for intraday data of any kind.
I expect you could buy it from FactSet or S&P. I also expect it would be expensive. The intended audience is institutional investors, not individuals or researchers.
I am looking for charts with INTRADAY price data for the S&P 500. That means I want to be able to see the price of the index for any given hour of the trading day. I am NOT looking for end of day data which can be gotten anywhere. I have already been to etrade, yahoo, stockcharts.com, bigcharts.com, quote.com and not found anything. Anyone know who has this information? I will pay if needed.
