I have discovered that by 2011, they had invested a total of $91m:

However, I am struggling to calculate the Cost of Debt in order to ascertain the Discount Rate for the NPV calculation.
I cannot seem to find whether Nike used its own equity for that investment or whether it was a loan and how much the interest rate was.
I could find an average of all of Nike's Long-term Debt for 2011 but will that be accurate enough?
