Just go into the bank - I use them and find my local staff most helpful!

I'm looking into upgrading my classic Lloyds account to platinum but it says, Sorry, but we’re currently unable to upgrade your account.

I work full time and have never done anything to receive bad credit rating ext

The only thing I can think of is that i put all my wages into my building society (i receive interest by doing this)

If I put ￡100 a month into my Llyods bank account, will i be able to upgrade or will this not be enough?

Or is there another reason that prevents me upgrading?

Any help will be really appreciated, I looked on the website and googled but i couldn't find any information that helped.
