So I deposited $300 into an ETF account through Fidelity but I haven't invested into anything specifically yet because I'm not sure what to invest in. Any advice?

Invest in some good brands in the market. Have a look on the position of stocks for a few days, study some good articles about investment. After that, decide what you exactly want to do.

You can also have some expert's advice if you have any.

They let you open a brokerage account with 300 bucks?? Problem is, what are they going to charge you to buy an ETF - $7.95?? It's hard to see how you make any money with your 300?? On such a small amount, transaction fees will kill you.
