Any of the Direxion Daily 3X funds are also pretty insane. They basically take the stock index's results and multiply it by 3 (good or bad). Not good long term investments due to fees and interest which eventually erode their value to zero, but they are pretty fun for a few weeks (as long as it isn't real money).
Also any small cap biotech companies are gonna be crazy. Here is a list from Morningstar, sort by Market Cap and look at the smallest companies.
