Investment can be done in many ways and if you are looking for that kind of investment in which you can earn some money or get interest. There are many financial companies in the market who may guide you properly.

Bonds (various types of bonds ranging from treasuries to corporate)

I would say Bonds, especially if you are looking for something that is low risk.
Bonds allow you to place a lump sum into a savings account that then gives you a fixed amount of interest every month for a set period of time, for example two years or three years.

Money depreciates so it would be best to use your money to buy a house/apartment to rent out so after a while you make you money back and will still have money coming in.
I want to be able to put my money in an account or an investment and get a certain percentage of interest each year, month, etc. What type of investment is this? I want to be able to take out the money whenever i want. Is there anything besides a savings account that allows this? Please explain.
