That capacity is way too small for a profitable night club. It would work as a local pub that has entertainment. Any architectural firm will have plans on file for that type of business, but they will need a firm commitment from you before sharing. You might want to consider leasing space and having the landlord do a renovation before you occupy.

There is little sense in even starting if you are not going to be able to get the local and state/provincial licences needed to run a liquor establishment. Spend some time in the business and learn about management and operation before you take the leap. You should save up at least 50% of the cost of acquiring the building and licences before approaching a bank about a start up loan and operating credit.

You don't say where you want to open this nightclub. Small town it could be as low as a $10,000, Manhattan it could be a million.

How much should I raise and how much should I save per month to reach that estimated target? And if anybody knows of any websites where I can get plans and designs for night clubs, please assist me ASAP. Thanks in advance!
