That is the place which is constantly monitored by Yahoo staff members and where you have an almost certain chance to get the attention of and an answer by a competent Yahoo staff member. They have been quite useful to me in the past in helping me fix a problem or at least I got an explanation of what was happening. They also can tell their programmers to get working on a problem.
